More About Me

I’m Bryce Holmes, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor’s of Applied Science.

I’ve been training for over a decade, both myself and others, with a focus on building structured programs that lead to real, measurable results.

My approach is grounded in both experience and research, with work currently set to be published in a peer-reviewed journal in 2026.

I focus on helping you understand what actually matters so you can make progress without constantly second-guessing what you’re doing.

Outside of training, I spend my time hiking, training jiu jitsu, playing chess, and learning as much as I can. I also enjoy teaching and sharing that process with others, including my niece and nephews!
